Back in the beginning of April, we sent two of our riders – Toby and Mirko – on a mission: head to Laax, soak up those spring vibes, and squeeze out every last drop of the season before the lifts shut down. No pressure – just good snow, good weather, and good times with the crew. To lock in the full experience, they stayed at the legendary Riders Hotel, the perfect basecamp for shredders. All these moments were captured through the lens of Vanessa.

The trip started with the classic shuffle – boards on the ground, boots half-laced, backpacks stuffed with who-knows-what. That pre-ride chaos where you’re double-checking if you actually packed your goggles or just imagined it. The streets of Laax were buzzing with the kind of energy only spring brings – sun shining, snow melting, and riders cruising around in hoodies instead of puffers.

The crew marched through the village, boards in hand, ready to trade concrete for corduroy. Spring laps always hit different – the snow’s soft, the sun’s blazing, and you can practically hear the park calling your name.

It’s that moment climbing the last few steps before the drop when you know you’re about to enter full flow mode. No agenda, no contest pressure – just linking turns, hitting side hits, and laughing at your buddy’s failed but legendary attempts.

Laax delivered. Bluebird skies, park features dialed in, and endless views that made you stop mid-run just to take it all in. That’s the thing about spring riding – half the fun is just standing there, baking in the sun with your crew, talking trash about who’s actually going to send the big jump this lap.

And of course, what’s a trip without capturing the moments? Between the laps and laughs, Vanessa’s camera came out. Not to flex, not to force it – just to remember the stoke and share it with everyone who couldn’t make it this time.
This trip wasn’t about medals, records, or first descents. It was about finishing the season the right way – with your crew, under the sun, and on snow. That’s what we’re all about: bringing riders together, celebrating the vibes, and reminding everyone that snowboarding’s not just a sport, it’s a lifestyle.
So, next spring, don’t wait around. Grab your crew, pack your boards, and chase those slushy laps before the season says goodbye. Laax, or wherever your local hill is, the mission’s the same: ride, laugh, repeat.
See you out there!
